Barbra Pence

Pastor

Barbara is excited to be serving in ministry with St. Andrew’s UCC. She is a graduate of Lancaster Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity degree. Barbara has a passion for mission and outreach and a heart for welcoming all people into the fullness of God’s love through Jesus Christ. Barb enjoys kayaking and taking nature photographs. She and her husband live in Montgomery County, PA. They have three young adult children and a dog named Cooper.

Karen Rush

Pastoral Assistant

Karen is the one who keeps it all running at St. Andrews! She and her husband Brian are longtime members of St. Andrew’s UCC. Karen has worked in our office from 1996 to 2009 and 2011 to the present. In addition to her work with the church, she loves spending time with her wonderful grandchildren.
